2. Financial Services and Loan Applications

The submission of a loan application on this Site does not guarantee the approval or disbursement of a loan. All credit facilities are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to:

• Successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as prescribed by RBI norms;
• Satisfactory credit assessment, evaluation of credit scores (from CIBIL/Experian etc.), and financial underwriting;
• Execution of definitive loan agreements and related documentation by the applicant. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. Electronic Authorization and Credit Bureaus

By applying for any financial service through this Site, you expressly authorize the Company to:

• Verify your identity via Aadhaar e-KYC, PAN verification, or any other government database;
• Fetch and review your credit information reports from Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, etc.);
• Setup electronic repayment mandates including but not limited to NACH, e-NACH, or e-mandates via your designated bank account.

4. User Account and Security

If you are required to create an account or use a One-Time Password (OTP) to access services on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login information, and OTPs. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Prohibited Uses of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, reverse-engineering, introducing viruses or malicious code, data scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers.
